Dormity is the tenant-first property management app that helps tenants and leasing agents grow a community together.

Our Mission

Dormity was born in 2015 when founder Franklin McCullough was doing his undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University. Living in the dorms, he had to pay regularly with a money order and knowing that there was a need for a better way, he searched and found many solutions that catered to specific property managers, but nothing for smaller communities. So that is when the idea of Dormity was born. Wanting to focus efforts on smaller, closer communities, Dormity aimed to help tenants not only securely pay their rent, but to grow with features such as rent reporting and renter’s insurance.
